CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt. Please view the table below to view the applicable tax rate for your country.
|Australia||No tax or duties due on orders under $1000 AUD. Orders over $1000 AUD in value will be subject to GST.|
|European Union||Orders of any value will be subject to import duty and vat (please view the official website of your countries customs for specific rates).|
|Norway||No tax on orders under 3500 NOK.|
|United Kingdom||No tax or duties due on orders under £135 (including shipping). Orders over this value will be subject to VAT (20%) and import duties.|
|United States||No tax or duties due on orders under $800. Orders over $800 in value will be taxed.|
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Where the customer refuses to pay taxes it is not guaranteed that the item will be returned by customs. International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 per item restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. Those items that are not returned by customs due to unpaid taxes will not be eligible for refund.
In this event, where an order has been subject to “free shipping” you will be refunded minus the cost price of the shipping paid by ourselves.
When entering your address, please double check to ensure that it’s correct. In the event that an incorrect delivery address is provided, your order will most likely be returned to our warehouse by the postal or courier service used.
In this event, you will need to provide the correct address to us and pay the shipping fee again (even if free shipping applied in the first instance). If the item is no longer wanted, we will refund your item (minus the shipping fee and a $15 restocking fee).
In the event that an item goes missing as a result of incorrect address entry, the item will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
