You have 14 days from receiving the item in which to return it for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not return items directly back to our shipping centre. Always contact us before making a return.

Refunds
Once your item has been received, it will be inspected. We will then let you know that it has been received in good standing and reimburse you via your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please send an email with your request to customercare@blankarchive.com
Please note: in the event of an exchange, you, the buyer will have to pay the return shipping. We always recommend using a tracked/insured shipping service when returning items. If sent untracked, we cannot guarantee that the item will be received. We will pay the shipping for the new item to be sent.
